Hinauri Nehua-Jackson is a globally recognized Indigenous youth leader, Model, Model Coach and multi award winning advocate based in Treaty 6 Territory, Alberta, Canada. Of Māori & Korean descent, raised in Cree culture on Treaty 6 territory, she embodies a rare intersection of cultural depth, diplomacy, and creative leadership. She is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Global Indigenous Youth Council and Founder of Edmonton Indigenous Fashion Week, pioneering platforms that elevate Indigenous voices on both international and industry stages. As the previous National Youth Representative for Alberta on the National Indigenous Youth Council (Canada), Hinauri has influenced conversations on urban Indigenous policy and Truth and Reconciliation at municipal, national, and global levels. Her initiative, Truth with Action, transforms advocacy into measurable change across the most known diplomatic stages such as the UN, EU and IofCI. Crowned Miss Queen Alberta 2025, she made history as the first Person Of Colour to hold the title. Hinauri enters the national stage not as an emerging voice, but as a proven leader shaping the future for the next 7-Generations.
