Meet the Founder
Sophia Lia is the heart behind Personality Pageants, an organization she created in 2021 to give women a space to grow, connect, and lead with confidence. She’s passionate about creating an inclusive community that celebrates individuality over perfection, helping women of all ages find their voice and purpose. Through her work, Sophia hopes to spark real change, uplift others, and remind every participant that who they are is enough.
