Miss Teen Personality Canada 2024-25
Sophia is a social activist and model. At 11, she became the youngest Vancouver Fashion Week model and has since appeared in British Vogue, Mexico Vogue, and Vogue China. Passionate about human rights and sustainable fashion since high school, Sophia co-founded her school's sustainability club and served as president of the politics club. She was also the president of a non-profit organization, where she helped raise over $90,000 for UNICEF, receiving congratulatory letters from members of parliament. At 16, Sophia delivered a TEDx talk on the importance of self-love and authenticity. In 2022, she combined her modelling and activism experience to launch Vancouver Sustainable Fashion Week, aiming to promote climate justice. Now, as the CEO of GVE Management and a first-year UBC business student, Sophia continues to advocate for sustainable fashion. EMILEE SCHEVERS
Miss Personality Canada 2024-25
Emilee Schevers is a 22-year-old disability advocate from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, with a passion for sharing her story and challenging others to break disability stereotypes. After being diagnosed with a genetic condition that has caused her to be legally blind, Emilee co-founded a social media campaign called Tru Faces to create a community for individuals with disabilities that she later established as her pageant platform. As an Early Childhood Educator, Emilee is a natural leader and role model who is passionate about working with children with disabilities to give them the same support that she received growing up. She is currently completing her post-graduate certificate in Mental Health and Disability Management to make this dream a reality.
ALISHA DANIELSON
Miss Queen Teen Canada 2024-25
Alisha Danielson is a 19 year old Indigenous woman from Edmonton, Alberta as well as Kehewin Cree Nation. Alisha advocates for Indigenous Houselessness & Shelters through her platform Whispersbetweenthebraids on Instagram where she provides accessible education on the crisis throughout Canada as well as her newly published blog page Underneath The Lamppost where community can come together to discuss the crisis. Alisha works a full time job at Ekati Diamond Mine where she spends most of her time. In February 2024, she accepted the title of Miss Queen Teen Alberta 2024, followed by the National title of Miss Queen Teen Canada in August. Alisha enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her friends & family when she isn’t advocating or doing pageantry.
SHANTAE MORRIS
Miss Queen Canada 2024-25
Shantae is a university student, self-care content creator, founder of the Girl Pantry Foundation, and small business owner. Passionate about life and intent on making a difference in her community, Shantae actively works to be a role model to younger girls, watching someone who looks like her make waves in stagnant waters. As a black woman in business, Shantae aims to use her knowledge to empower her community to get into spaces where people like her are not usually seen. Adding a philanthropic branch to her self-care-based platform, the Girl Pantry Foundation is Shantae’s way of creating a legacy in her community. With the start of the Girl Pantry Foundation, Shantae is providing menstrual management products to women in need. Her initiative encourages dialogue surrounding period poverty. With ‘Education’, ‘Community’, and ‘Accessibility’ as the founding pillars, Shantae uses her research and graphic design skills to spread awareness about the urgency of period poverty and drives support from her local community with insightful volunteer opportunities.
