From City Slicker to middle of nowhere BC, Brynn has come a long way in her 16 years.

Brynn lived and witnessed many facets of life through her families, peers and schooling, and quickly knew she wanted to make a difference, specific to youth and mental health.

Since that decision, Brynn has focused her education, volunteering, leadership, fitness, extra curricular activities, and her own mental health to achieve her goals.

Recognizing health is a large scope that encompasses not just the mind, but the body and soul, Brynn plans to dedicate her life to helping others while leading by example!
